RETURN POLICY

If you find your Orchids Retail product is not what you expected, then within 7 days you may return the piece, unused and in the condition in which you received the piece. You may request an exchange or refund.
The 7 day grace period only applies to items purchased directly from orchidsretail.com.
Log into your Orchids Retail account and select the order you wish to return. You will need to print a return label from the order details. Access your order history here.
We strive to credit returns in 7-10 days.

PERSONALIZED AND MONOGRAMMED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Any original shipping costs are not refundable.

Clothes are natural material; you can expect some natural and unique characteristics such as creases, variation in color, and small scars. We view these as characteristic of “real material.” These are not considered manufacturing defects. If you decide that you do not like this you may return your unused product within 7 days under the Grace Period.
